IT Sincennes Inc. is a cybersecurity firm — how we handle your data reflects what we advise our clients to do. Here, in plain language, is what this site collects and how we protect it.

No tracking, no advertising cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies: we don’t track you across the web, and your browsing isn’t shared with any ad network. The interactive self-checks (Law 25, SOC 2, NIST, cyber-insurance) run entirely in your browser — your answers are never saved, sent, or tracked.

To measure how the site performs, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless tool: it sets no cookies, takes no device fingerprint and builds no profile of you. It gives us aggregate measurements — pages viewed, load speed — without ever identifying a person. That’s exactly why no consent banner is required.

The contact form

When you complete the form, we collect your name, email address and message, solely to respond to your inquiry. The message is delivered to us through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) and goes straight to us. We don’t sell it or share it with any third party for marketing. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and anti-abuse measures.

Your data stays in Canada

As a Canadian-owned firm, we host client data in Canadian cloud regions (Azure Canada Central/East, AWS ca-central-1) so it stays subject to Canadian law. Our practices align with Quebec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA.
