Azure architecture consulting, designed to keep your data in Canada
Cloud design, migration planning and Well-Architected reviews from a Microsoft-certified Azure Solutions Architect — so your environment is secure, cost-aware and built to keep your data in Canadian regions.
Most Azure environments weren’t designed — they grew. A VM here, a subscription there, and one day the bill climbs, security is unclear and no one has the whole picture.
Our job is the design and the decisions: structuring your cloud properly, deciding what to run and where, and giving you a plan you can act on. The work is founder-led — a certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert who is also a Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100), not an anonymous team.

Cost-optimization review
Find what you’re overpaying for and right-size it — without cutting resilience.
Security & identity
Design that’s secure by default, from an SC-100-certified architect.
Designed by a certified architect, not a sales deck
Plenty of firms sell you a platform first, then shape your architecture around it. We start from your workloads and your constraints, and we design for security and data sovereignty, because where your data lives, and who can legally reach it, drives the design from the start.
And once the design is ready, you’re not left on your own: we can host and run what we design, or pass it to your team. The design is yours to keep.

Azure Well-Architected Review for Canadian SMBs
A fixed-scope engagement: we review your existing Azure environment against Microsoft’s five pillars, then give you a prioritized report showing where the risk sits, where money is leaking, and what to fix first. You decide what to fix, and with whom. We scope it in a short call and price it flat, at SMB scale.
Design fits into a bigger picture: once the architecture is settled, we can host it, handle the day-to-day management, lock down Microsoft 365, or roll out cloud desktops — all from the same local, bilingual firm.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between architecture consulting and cloud hosting?
Architecture is the design and the decisions: what to run, where, how to structure identity, networking and security, and in what order to migrate. It’s a point-in-time deliverable — a plan, a review, a roadmap — that you can hand to your own team or another provider afterward. Hosting is the operations: actually running and maintaining the environment over time. We do both, but they’re distinct engagements.
What’s an Azure Well-Architected review?
It’s a structured review of an existing Azure environment against Microsoft’s five pillars — reliability, security, cost optimization, operational excellence and performance efficiency. You come away with a prioritized list of findings and concrete fixes, from quick wins to bigger projects. It’s the best place to start when an environment has grown faster than its design.
Can you design for data residency in Canada?
Yes. We design around Canadian regions — Azure Canada Central (Toronto) and Canada East (Quebec City) — so your data resides in-country. As a Canadian-owned firm, it’s a choice we take seriously for Law 25 and data sovereignty.
Can you plan and run our migration to Azure?
Yes. We start by assessing what you have, scope the move, and sequence it to limit downtime. You can then run it with your own team, or hand us the execution and the hosting.
Do you only work with Azure?
Azure is our specialty — the founder is an Azure Solutions Architect Expert and a certified cybersecurity architect (SC-100). We also advise on multi-cloud environments where that’s the right fit, but Azure is where we go deepest.
