IT projects & modernization for Ottawa & Gatineau businesses

Microsoft 365 migrations, server and network upgrades, cloud moves — scoped and priced before we start, finished and handed over to your team.

What we take on

Projects with a beginning, an end and a result

Microsoft 365 migrations

Email, Teams and SharePoint moved — then the tenant hardened.

Intune & endpoints

Autopilot enrolment, security baselines, compliant devices.

Servers & infrastructure

Windows Server migrations, virtualization, end-of-life replacements.

Networking

Firewalls, VPN, segmentation and Wi-Fi — redesigned and hardened.

Cloud migrations

Workloads moved to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud — data kept in Canada.

Backup & recovery

Designed, deployed and restore-tested.

Hardware & licensing

Preconfigured hardware and right-sized licensing, delivered with the project.

The difference

Projects built secure from the start

Because we’re a cybersecurity firm first, every project ships hardened: identity, backups and logging are part of the design, not end-of-engagement add-ons. Where a build should be repeatable, it’s defined in code (Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell) rather than clicked together in a portal.

  • Fixed-fee. One number, agreed before we start, and it holds.
  • Senior start to finish. The work is done by the architect you talked to.
  • Bilingual. In French and English.
  • Microsoft-certified. Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Plainly put

What this service is not

It isn’t a managed IT plan. We don’t sell a monthly per-user subscription or a day-to-day helpdesk for your team — and we’d rather tell you that here than sell you a dependency. What you get is a project: a scope, a firm price, a delivered and documented result, then a handover to your people or your usual provider. When the next project comes up, you know where to find us — and nothing locks you in.

Projects draw on our other services: Microsoft 365 security to lock down identity and email, backup & disaster recovery so restores are tested rather than theoretical, cloud hosting when that’s where the project lands, Microsoft Sentinel when detections and automated response are part of the outcome, and hardware & licensing when the refresh includes equipment.

In the region: our IT services in Gatineau page covers what project work looks like with a firm that’s genuinely from here.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of projects do you take on?

The ones above are the common shapes: Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant hardening, Intune and endpoint rollouts, Windows Server and infrastructure upgrades, network redesigns, cloud migrations, backup overhauls, and the hardware and licensing that go with them. If the outcome can be defined, we can scope it; if what you actually need is ongoing day-to-day operations, we’ll say so and point you at a better fit.

Do you offer ongoing managed IT or a helpdesk?

No — plainly: there’s no monthly per-user plan and no helpdesk for your team here. Day-to-day operations stay with your internal people or your usual IT provider. What we sell is the project itself, finished and handed over with documentation your team can run with. On a platform we’ve implemented — Microsoft Sentinel is the usual example — a bounded, business-hours co-management arrangement is available.

How much does a project cost?

Fixed-fee, scoped before we start. We look at your environment, agree on the outcome, and put a firm number on it — no hourly meter, no surprise change orders for things we should have seen coming. Hardware and licensing, when the project includes them, are added at the agreed cost.

How is the work delivered?

Remotely, and with you — the architect who scoped the project does the work. You issue a least-privilege account or grant granular delegated access (GDAP) on your Microsoft 365 tenant; you decide what access we get, and you can change or revoke it at any time. When hardware is involved, it arrives preconfigured and your own staff plug it in with us on the line.

Can you work alongside our internal IT or existing provider?

Yes — that’s the normal case. A project has a defined scope, so the division of labour is clean: your people or your provider keep running the environment, we deliver the change, and the handover goes to them. Other IT firms also bring us into their own client projects — the details are on our How we work page.

Do you work on both sides of the river?

Yes. We’re based in Gatineau’s Aylmer sector and work with businesses in both Gatineau and Ottawa — in French and English. Delivery is remote.
