We already have someone internal. Does this still work?
Yes — it's a common setup. We work in co-management: your person keeps the day-to-day they know, and we take on the parts that need deeper expertise — security, architecture, Microsoft 365, backups — with clearly divided access and responsibilities.
What does 'security-first' managed IT actually change?
With most providers, security is a module added — and billed — after the fact. Because we're a cybersecurity firm first, identity, backups, device hardening and monitoring are part of the baseline. In practice: fewer surprises at audit time, at insurance renewal, or during an incident.
How much does it cost?
Managed IT is usually billed monthly, by user count and scope. There's no single posted rate — after a short conversation about your environment, we give you a clear fixed fee with no surprises. Licensing (Microsoft 365 and the like) is added at the agreed cost.
Are you actually local?
Yes. We're based in Gatineau's Aylmer sector and serve both sides of the river — Gatineau and Ottawa — in French and English. When an on-site visit helps, we're a drive away, not in another time zone.
